The Forever 23 Scholarship was created by Blazor Apparel Projects, Inc. in honor of Dailyen Mudd, whose life continues to inspire hope, encouragement, and opportunity. This scholarship exists to invest in young men, ages 17–23, as they pursue higher education, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, or workforce development while encouraging resilience, purpose, and mental wellness.

As you complete this application, we encourage you to be authentic. We are not simply looking at accomplishments—we want to learn about you. Share your story, your goals, the challenges you've overcome, and the vision you have for your future.

Our Scholarship Committee carefully reviews every application, recognizing that each applicant's journey is unique. We believe that potential is measured not only by achievements, but also by perseverance, character, leadership, and a commitment to personal growth.
